I would soak in a hot tub with epson salt & use a loofa sponge.

Put a warm, moist wash cloth for a few minutes. Try to get the top of the hair with tweezers and pull it out. If you can't get the hair, put the wash cloth back on it for a few minutes longer and try again.

you can get some ointment for that tendskin works really good
