It seems congress has one of those eyes bigger than stomach problems. Paygo is a good idea but they want **** that they can't afford.

If that's your question, well Bush gave it to us just like everything else he claims. Enjoy it while you can. We are now paying as we go. No more nasty Liberal deficits.
