Interesting that you use the word "let" in both these questions. That kind of thing usually comes as a big surprise to the non-participating partner. I have a really low tolerance for flirty behavior with my spouse. It is disrespectful to the me and to our relationship. It is rarely something that you get to choose to allow your partner to do or not do. I think another good question is how would you react to finding out that your significant other is flirting online?
Friendships with members of the opposite sex can be completely platonic and innocent of flirty behavior. Online friendships can be easily misinterpreted.

Flirting in person or flirting on-line.... It's still the same. If you think flirting is innocent and natural to begin with, it shouldnt be a problem.

Now as for me... Hell no! It's very disrespectfull. Why be in a relationship if you are obviously looking for something else?

No my husband was flirting online it led to him almost leaving his family to move to a different country to be with the woman that he thought he fell in love with. My husband now only talks to other guys on line.

My significant other doesn't feel the need to flirt online or in person with women other than me.

No, I wouldn't let my husband flirt online. That would be misleading other women and disrespectful.

No I wouldn't allow my partner to flirt on-line, mainly because he / she should have eyes for you only, plus one thing always leads to another. Sorry but it says alot about how strong your relationship really is. Cheers and good luck.

Yes, if it was with another female. I wouldn't blame her for flirting with other girls or exploring in something like that. But if she was to be flirting with other guys then she might not be into me.

Screw that crap. If your partner is online flirting with others, then you should find someone else. That's crappy!
