That along with his plan to cut and run from Iraq and interest in the social health care, I lost interest and respect in Guliani. He should be running a Democrat ticket, he's only pretending to be a Republican.

It hurts him in the area where Republicans can be hurt most - with the evangelicals. I watched a pol show last week that had high ranking members of the Family Research Council and another group similar to them. Sorry, can't remember the names, one of them might have been Tony Perkins. They were adamant that most evangelicals simply will not vote for Rudy because of pro-choice. Their leaders are also encouraging them in this attitude. So yes, he's got a big problem with a large base for the Republicans.

The Repubs have a problem overall with the evangelicals. They think of Mormonism as a cult (Mitt) and they'll never forgive or trust McCain because of his comments about them in 2000. Who's left? Fred Thompson, IF he finally gets off his obviously lazy duff and starts campaigning.

EDIT: What's "karma" talking about? Rudy isn't for cutting and running, he just made a statement this week that we need MORE troops in Iraq.

It is the symptom of a much deeper disease. The man is a yankee, and worse, from New York City. God would rain down sulpher on them like Sodom and Gomorroh if he didn't think they'd insert the fiery chunks into unnatural bodily orifices.

Guiliani is also a known transvestite and even lived with sodomites when his wife properly expelled him from their bed of conjugal bliss.

I believe the man is also an italian judging from his name which means the only fit occupation for him is as an organ grinder or swinging from the trees by his tail picking olives.

My dear father said the Italians were the only thing made him wonder if the heathen Darwin weren't right, and these swarthy street vendors weren't the missing link.

With some in the GOP it will hurt but many republicans are more moderate on issues such as abortion. I for one would never have an abortion, but I do not object to other women making that choice. What I do hope he does is stick with his stance. I dislike candidates immensly who "flip-flop" on important issues.

I know that I will never vote for him in the primary. If I have no other choice then him or some leftwing nut from the DEMS I will vote for him, but I will have to hold my nose and stomach while I do it.

It's hard to say. I don't think most Republicans really have any clue who they'll vote for now. They just say something to get the pollsters off the phone.

When it comes right down to it, alot. He won't get the GOP nomination because of it. I won't vote for him because of all of his liberal social views.
