I usually come home and play with my cat- she's so full of love and affection- I mean, how can one not smile when they see their cat rolling around on her back, so happy to see you? Then I check my email, MySpace, YAHOO ANSWERS, ahem, and sometimes shopping helps too. A nice hot shower or bath and clean lounging clothes (shorts and a comfy t shirt) and usually zoning out at the tv helps. Putting on Bach or Chopin and reading relaxes me too. Sometimes I will write about the day in my journal- to see what I could have done to turn the situation around.

Number 1? Chocolate Milk..seriously, always makes me feel better! Relaxing and reading a good book or a nice hot bubble bath with candles all around.

Taking a nice hot bubble bath. Or just do things I love to enjoy doing. Talking about my bad day with someone always helps.
