I often hear that 1 percent of the world's population owns most of the world's wealth? Where are the facts to support this? Who are they and how did they get so much wealth?

"The richest 1% of adults in the world own 40% of the planet's wealth, according to the largest study yet of wealth distribution. The report also finds that those in financial services and the internet sectors predominate among the super rich.

Europe, the US and some Asia Pacific nations account for most of the extremely wealthy. More than a third live in the US. Japan accounts for 27% of the total, the UK for 6% and France for 5%."

I dunno--they have articles about this kinda thing regularly in magazines (like Forbes, Money, etc.) The facts...well, there is a bit of estimation involved because it's impossible to know the exact amount of wealth in the world, but based on general statistics, you take the net worth of all the world and compare super-rich people to that estimate.

Like, take the British royal family. They own a ton of land, a bunch of art treasures (like nearly all of Leonardo's sketches, among other things), castles, that sorta thing.

Why do you doubt the estimates so much? Like you don't know who's rich in your neighborhood? The estimates just look at the world like it's one big neighborhood.

"Who are the wealthiest one percent of the world population?"

I am afraid there's no short answer to this question. I would suggest you to read The Millionaire Next Door by William D. Danko & Thomas J. Stanley. This book will perfectly answer your question. You can also download it in mp3 format which is what I prefer. I listened to it while I was driving on the interstate.

I will take your question in parts.

1. The Jews.
2. Not a question, please use proper grammar next time.
3. They hide all the diamonds in their gargantuan noses. Hows that for evidence.
4. Redundant question.
5. They stole it from the Arabs.
