The "Inscribed Quadrilateral Conjecture" tells you that the opposite angles on an inscribed quadrilateral equal 180 degrees. Therefore, from the angles you are given, you know that M + T = 180.
Given that M = 7x - 26 and T = 4x + 8,

7x - 26 + 4x + 8 = 180 =>
11x = 198 =>
x = 18
