I dont know the legalities but in the end it should be the womens choice, however you both made the baby so its not something to take lightly, if the male really wants this baby maybe you could have it and sign it over to him?
I hate to see people who think its a quick fix for a "mistake" this little problem will one day be a living breathing baby just like you or I were and once done it cant be undone so make sure you are extra sure. If you give it the chance.
Life does not end with a baby!! Its only just beginning. :D

A few states have enacted a spousal notification or consent. However, Planned Parenthood v. Casey successfully fought this law.
Marsha Garrison, a professor at Brooklyn Law School, stated that U.S. courts acknowledge "that embryo is in the woman's body, it's within her and can't be separated from her, so it's not just her decision-making about whether to bear a child, it's about her body".
In other words, a woman can't be forced to be your baby machine.

I am not sure that he can or not...I will tell you from personal experience that the decision to have an abortion should be up to the mother. I can appreciate how you fell but after having a child a woman should decide if that decison is right for her.

i went for march for life last year and at the talks they were saying show them pictures of what an abortion looks like because you can manipulate words but you cant manipulate pictures.
it may sound a little weird but it works.

No, he has no rights over what she chooses to do with her body while she's pregnant, nor should he. Sorry...until a fetus can be transferred to the male so he can endure the discomforts, misery, pain and risk, that's just the way biology works.

No, he can't. There have already been several court rulings on this including both boyfriends and husbands. It is soley the woman's decision whether or not she wants an abortion.
