Okay so my husband and I fell in love with this beautiful home that was foreclosed. The previous owners put a ton of work into it and ended up losing the house. My biggest fear is that if we buy it, the old owners are going to come back and do something to it or us. Okay maybe I'm a little paranoid, but does this kind of thing happen???

Anything is a possibility but your chances of problems are lessened if you don't live in a bad area, get a big-mouth dog, use plenty of outdoor lighting and ask your neighbors to keep an eye out for you. As time goes by the old owners will let go of the anger of losing their home, get caught up in life elsewhere and just move-on. Good luck.

The possession of the domicile reverts to whomever loaned the customer the funds. in many situations this is a economic company or another very own loan lending company. i do no longer understand why the atty could say this, i could be soliciting for an evidence. call ins. protects you in case somebody else can instruct there advance right into a mistake and you particularly do no longer very own the valuables. an exceptionally uncommon element if the domicile has been offered and purchased some situations, in spite of the undeniable fact that it continues to be good to get it.

A LITTLE paranoid ??? You need a bit of a chill pill. Most folks don't get THAT upset when they lose a house, even if they have put a lot of sweat into it.

not sure on that one.

You need a complete title search on the property to make sure that they don't have outstanding liens on the property.

p.s. also check with msn.com - white pages to see if they (if you know their names) are still living in the area.

GOD bless us one and all, always.
