my answer is x=-3, 3 b/c of the open circle, right?

For the function to be differentiable, it must be both continuous, and as you approach the point x, the tangent lines must be continuous.

So, you are correct at x=-3 and 3 the graph is not continuous, therefore not differentiable.

However, at x=0 if also not differentiable because as you approach x=0 from the left, the slope is -1. But as you approach x=0 from the right, the slope is 2.

This is similar to the absolute value function.

So your answer would be 2. x= -3,0,3.
