Yes, ride it off of a cliff and as you go over the edge pull up very hard on the handlebars and you should be able to do a wheelie all the way to the bottom.
Oh and don't try this unless you have both health/accident insurance and life insurance.

Yes. The easiest way is to hold the brakes and not the tires spin as you rev it up. As the tires are getting to the point they are gonna break loose and spin, dump the brakes and go full throttle. This will pull the front end up and then just give it enuf gas to keep the front end where you want it. It wont ride a wheelie forever, but it will bring the tires off the ground.

If you pull back on the handlebars hard enough and keep the revs up, yes.
It's not easy and the wheely won't be sustainable unless you're an expert.
I've seen people wheely 50cc scooters. They're automatic also.

The easiest way of popping it up is by listenin to the engine and just before it changes into 2nd gear put all your weight on the back and heave on the handle bars. Once the bike goes into 2nd gear it should easily lift and then just maintain a rev to keep her nice and stable.
