depends on how low. you need testosterone to give you an erection, if it is too low you won't be able to have one. however too low varies from man to man. you would have to be tested to see if it falls within the acceptable range. plus if you can't get an erection that might be one of the causes. also testosterone also effects your sex drive so a low one may eliminate your awareness that you have a problem.
