Try a solar cover. They are inexpensive and easy to find as well as maintain and install.

For a large pool, you would need a pool heater. Check in the local yellow pages for Swimming Pool Removal Companies and ask them for a quote on installing a heater or to put you in contact with a Swimming Pool contractor who buys from them. Used heater would be least expensive. Good Luck
