NO! My Mom knows, just not my Sister! and I would never tell my Dad something like that!

But really I didn't tell my Mom until 4 Months after I started... But for good reasons!

Sadly there is no way to stop when your period comes as im sure you know now. The only reason it would be usefull to tell your mom would be so you can stop to change your pad or tampon when you need to. Only you know why you haven't told her yet but if it's embaressment from talking to your mom about it, just think that if you don't you might end up going too long without changing and end up with a spot on the back of your pants that everyone would see. Believe me, she knows EXACTLY what your going through. As for everyone else in the car, for odor, try Summers Eve Feminine Deodarent Spray, in the feminine care aisle (not deodarent aisle) it'll take care of that.

Your parents don't know that you have your period yet? Shame on you! You should've told them the day that you first figured that out!

Carry around pads in your sweat pants of anything in the car. When you get to a pit stop, amke sure you take your purse with you. If your parents ask why you are taking your purse, tell them to take brochures. But if they don't believe you, make sure you have a pad or tampon in your pocket. (Just in case)

Unfortunately, there is no way you can make your period come any sooner. If that happened,, I wouldn't be so moody. But you can eat bananas to keep the cramping on the down low.

Why have you not told your mother that you have your period? Maybe if you talk to her, she might be able to give you some advice. Better yet, the trips could have been scheduled differently. Thats what I do with me and my two girls. When we are planning a vacation I ask what is the best time. Something always works out. Good Luck

Unless you are on birth controll there is no way to make it come sooner. I suggest you use tampons and midol. Trust me its not that bad. I went on a vacation with an 8 hour drive on my period. And on top of that i had food posioning.

I was going to be on my perioid while on holiday so visited my doctor. He prescibed me a pill which stopped my period as long as I took it, so basically for a week,. I just had to take it every day.

Only thing is I was allergic to something in the pill, so was very sick :P

You can delay it for the time you are on vacation but it requires going on the pill which requires a prescription from your dr, but not make it come sooner.

I would recommend talking to your dr about this issue as well to see what they recommend.

wtf? no you aren't god. it will come when it's ready. although, what might help is changing your eating habits like going on a sudden diet or being stressed out or perhaps eating lots of sweets will do the trick. just be sure to carry pads or pantyliners or tampons so you won't have any accidents

If you eat lots of sweets and cold things...that usually speeds it up...just bring lots of pads/tampons
