Generally, green eggs are made by mixing tomatillo salsa or pesto into regular yellowish eggs.

As far as eggs where the yolk itself is green, it's either a badly-cooked hard-boiled egg or it's rotten.

Really, why is the green egg bit sticking in your craw? The Grinch is real, but green eggs are just too much to believe?

Go to boot camp at Great Lakes, Ill. with the United States Navy, and I swear to God you will be served scrambled eggs that have green in them 3 times a week for breakfast. At least in 1993 that was the case. If I'm lying, I'm dying....

well you just boil them with green coloring food. I saw a green egg but it wasnt a chickens egg, it was this small little bird cause the egg was tiny. I accidentaly dropped it when i reach down to pick it up.

Why yes, by gum, I make them all the time for my little twin boys! The one thing that's REAL hard to make green is the ham, though. But, come to think of it, if I saw ham that was green, I don't think I'd be in any hurry to eat it!
