All Bolivia banknotes issued before 1986 are no longer legal tender. Face value of your notes would be zero.
For photos of current Bolivia banknotes, go to the Banco Central de Bolivia web site:
https://www.bcb.gov.bo/sitio/index.php
and click on the "Monedas y Billetes" link at left. All current banknotes are denominated in Bolivianos and the highest denomination is Bs.200

I don't know about pesos. The web site listed below has "Bolivianos" listed. 1 Boliviano = 0.126263 USD. You can check this yourself by going to the web site below. If it doesn't come up for Bolivian currency, check for "all world currencies" and then choose Bolivia.
