Im 23 and I had a pink painless small bump on my nipple for abit. Its not getting bigger and it doesnt not hurt. Im not sexually active, I know it could not have been from sex. I found it after getting out of the shower... I've bought a wart remover, but the thing is i dont know if its a wart!

I took a picture of it. But only 18+ please.

I was going to say skin tag, so I would google skin tag and compare and contrast... Is this something that just appeared? Or did it grow slowly? I would really NOT put wart remover on it. Wart remover contains acid that causes the skin to blister and callous so that you can file it away and try again to a lower portion. I know you say it is painless, but honey, that doesn't mean that it couldn't become very, very painful. I would have it checked out by a doctor...there are some pics below and also I think it looks a lot like Molluscum contagiosum - Molluscum contagiosum is a disease caused by a poxvirus of the Molluscipox virus genus that produces a benign self-limited papular eruption of multiple umbilicated cutaneous tumors. This common viral disease is confined to the skin and mucous membranes. Transmission requires direct contact with infected hosts or contaminated fomites. It is generally thought to infect humans exclusively, but there are a few isolated reports of Molluscum contagiosum occurring in chickens, sparrows, pigeons, chimpanzees, kangaroos, a dog, and a horse. The infection is found worldwide and has a higher incidence in children, sexually active adults, and those who are immunodeficent. link - http://dermatology.cdlib.org/92/reviews/molluscum/diven.html

Do NOT use an OTC wart remover on something like that. It will kill the flesh and you could severely damage your skin/nipple.
Any growths on the breast/nipples should absolutely be looked at by a gynecologist.

It appears to be a wart but let a professional remove it in that sensitive area

Please see your dr about this bump so that it can be evaluated to see what they think is going on.
