If you live in Norfolk Virginia could you please tell me what is good and bad about living there. How about the surrounding areas?

I loved it...my brother was stationed there for three years, and I thought it was spectacular! It was clean, and well cared for, and there were all kinds of things to do. We flew down for a re-enactment of D-Day...they even wore the original wool uniforms!
We saw military parades that rivaled anything I have seen before or since, and the beach front was busy, safe (at least before dark while we were there), and the people were friendly.

My Stepson is in the NAVY there..... He loves it.
