Differrences:
The heart uses blood and plasma for pressure while the hydraulic system uses hydraulic fluid.
The hydraulic system is driven by a motor while the pumping action of the heart is by cardiac muscles that transmit.
The hydraulic is used for running machinery while the heart pumps blood so as to to keep humans alive.

The mechanical hydrolic system uses steam and water preasure to generate power. The heart does have some heat as well from the body, and blood preasure.
The mechanical hydrolic system is an artificial creation.
The heart evolved naturaly through evoulution.
