If the NHL can't manage to keep them in Nashville, my guess is that they wind up in Hamilton if they can work out financial deals with Toronto and Ottawa concerning area-rights, like when the Rockies had to pay the Rangers, Flyers and Islanders to move to New Jersey. I hope they stay in Nashville now that there competitive, but my gut says Hamilton.

It extremely might desire to be Hamilton. Ontario might desire to assist 3 communities. manhattan State and California have 3 communities. And suited now besides the Leafs and the Senators, quite a few Ontarioans from Windsor and Niagara help the purple Wings and the Sabers. i do no longer think of that Hamilton could harm Buffalo's fan help from Niagara and better than the U. S. branch of place of delivery risk-free practices already has. Filling Copps Coliseum or a clean area at Highways 5 & 6 in Clappison's Corners would not be a challenge. Hamilton confirmed that when back whilst the NHL screwed them over and provided a franchise to Tampa. mutually as Hamilton is a splash slender on the corporate element, there are a zillion companies in Burlington, Oakville, Mississauga, and Kitchener-Waterloo to evaluate besides, plus even companies from Toronto who understand they're going to in no way get a container interior the ACC except they take out all the seats and in simple terms pass with packing boxes.

If Jim Balsillie buys the team (and he has a pending offer), the team will be moving to Hamilton. He has already secured a lease agreement with the city. he has already secured Ticketmaster Canada to take in money for ticket sales.
As there are no other buyers interested in the franchise (Leipold's exact words) either in Nashville or the other cities you mentioned........Hamilton is the logical answer

From what I am reading in the Tennessean, a bunch of local businesses are talking about buying the Pred's so that they will stay, and there is no question on where they will go. Regardless of what is going on, they Have to stay another season, and we Must sell 14,000 seats. If we stay above 14,000 then they have to stay according to the contract. If,(God forbid) they do move, it will be in Hamilton.

LIKE IM TELLING YOU--- there is another local offer in the works but it cant be put on the table unless balsilles deal doesnt go thru.... details at www.nashvillepost.com.... leipold did say at the time he announced intent to sell to balsille there were no other offers.... you are correct there-- this new deal was leaked to the public june 14.....
as far as the question, i think they will move to the second round.... the team will remain in nashville---balsille cant bully his way to ownership like he can with RIM.... HE SHOOTS... HE MISSES... HE SUCKS.... god were gonna love draining his pockets if he manages a miracle and owns this team, but dont bet on the title "predators owner james balsille" on anyones life....

They are staying in Nashville.
