Only for Anime fans that have watched My-HiME:
I just finished watching My-HiME and was intrigued by the relationship between Natsuki Kuga and Shizuru Fujino. Can anyone recommend an anime with a similar female character dynamic as the central pillar of the storyline.
Oh, and one last thing ...good character design and animation is a must. Thanks ...

Maria-sama ga Miteru and Strawberry Panic are both highly rated animes that have a female/female relationship as a central plotline. If you decide to watch Mai-Otome they have recently been releasing a OAV series of the show.

Why don't you try watching Mai-Otome?
Also, try to track down the Mai-Hime specials (1-2 min long) and there is one about Shizuru stalking Natsuki
