Of course it is. Don't miss out on activities just because it's "your time of the month". I swear by Tampax, give it a try. A dark bathing suit, or keep a pair of shorts on over-top if you feel uncomfortable. Word of wisdom - if you do use a tampon and are in your bathing suit, make sure the string is tucked into your suit!!!!!

I know it sucks to have a period well ok so you want to go to the beach but you have your period... make sure to bring pad(s)/tampon(s) tip number one: wear a black bathing suit and even wear some type of swimming shorts. tip number two: put in a tampon and put a panny liner on too just in case. tip number three: after your done swimming go to a nearby bathroom and change into some normal clothes then you can wear a normal pad or tampon which ever you prefer. And you will be absolutly fine if you do those following tips...

wear a tampon and change them as often as you need to (try to change them after swimming because the string will get soaked with water and won't absorb leaks). Do not go swimming if the water looks dirty, because you are more prone to infections during that time of the month, and the string will trap dirty water close to your body. It might be wise to wear a darker swimsuit, so that it will disguise any possible leaks.
You can play any sports that you normally play- physical activity alleviates cramps.Just make sure to drink enough water, and wear sunscreen (regardless of having your period or not), and have fun.

you would be positive. that is positive to pass swimming on your era, too. in case you do get an infection, that is not in view which you basically had your era. verify to bathe your self thoroughly after swimming, and that i don't think of there will be any problems. that is in simple terms risky while you're interior the sea, in view that sharks can "smell" a single drop of blood from a mile away.
