Your best chance is to try to talk to them about why they want you to change schools. Don't let your emotions get the best of you. Make a list of the advantages of your current school. Also list the disadvantages and have good answers for all of them. Then make another pro/con list for the new school.
As a parent of a 16 year old, I want to do what's best for my child -- I'm sure they are trying to do what's best for you as well. If my child gave me valid reasons for not changing schools, I would listen (and may or may not change my mind depending on the strength of the case). But you must remain calm, reasoned and logical! Good luck!

You have no legal recourse. As a minor you have to go with your parents. Calm down and think. You might like the new school and make new friends.

Your getting an early start on the facts of life, not everything will be just as you want it so I would guess you will just have to learn to live with it now, don't do anything foolish please .. It isn't really a very nice world out there.

YOU HAVE NO RIGHT AS A CHILD. YOU HAVE TO GO TO SCHOOL AND GO WHERE EVER YOUR PARENTS TAKE YOU. IF NOT LEAVE BUT JUST TO LET YOU KNOW YOU NOW NEED A DIPLOMA TO ATLEAST WORK AT MC DONALDS.

Nothing you can do. They're your parents, they have the right make you go to any school they want.
Besides that, here are your other options: 1) Run away. 2) Do something worthy of jail time. 3) Kill yourself. 4) Kill your parents. 5) Play hookey. 6) Develop some fictatious chronic disabilitating mental illness.
By the way, I wouldn't suggest doing any of those.
