Which processor is better Intel Celeron R or Intel Celeron M

There is NO Celeron R, the "R" there just means "Registered" trademark. There are Celeron and Celeron D for desktops and Celeron M for laptops.
The old Celeron and Celeron D are lousy but the latest Celerons are good. The Celeron M 4xx series are based on Yonah core and the Celeron 4xx are "Conroe L" (Core technology).
