My tongue touches both the top and bottom at the same time when my mouth is closed so it's actually in the middle of the two.

Ha!!! Funny. you must really be bored to think that one up. Of course I tried it. My teeth are slightly apart and my tongue rests on the bottom overlapping my bottom teeth a little. My tongue has a mind of its own. My orthodontist told me it was like restling an alligator. I guess that proved to be useful later in life.
