Throughout my sophmore year of high school, I've made 3 best friends and I've been invited to a few places, like Chili's and to the beach. I know my friends want me to go out w/ them and hang out (in fact, one of my friends asked me point blank if I wanted to go to the beach) and I said 'no'. I really want to hang out w/ them and they want me to hang out with them. Now it's summer vacation and I want to go and hang out; I have enough money to do things and I can call them for us to do something, but my 2 questions are:

Where exactly would we go to hang out?

What exactly do I say and do to actually hang out w/ my best friend?

(he's the one that invited me to the beach and the one I've gotten to know the most).

Where to hang out? It doesn't matter. The point is, you're together to shoot the breeze.

What do you say? Whatever you normally talk about to one another. Hanging out is comfortable. Just be yourself and let the conversation flow where it might. Bring up anything you feel comfortable talking about.

Three sentences.

Sorry about before, I didn't think I'd have enough money to hang out but now I do so you still want to hang out?

Can you think of somewhere other than the beach?, I don't fancy that right now but maybe later.

call and ask him to go to the beach for the day tell him why you said no the last time, you were short on funds or something, now that you have some $ you are ready to have a good time!

If its your bestfriend it shouldn't be that hard to just ask. Just call them up over the phone and be like " hi whats up, so u wanna do sumthin?" Easy as that. If they say no just say "ok maybe later" And ask someone else.
