I'm sure it is safe but moralistically I don't understand why a 78 year old man would feel the need to have a 21 year old women and why a 21 year old young lady would want an old man!! To each his own! Gross.

I have to agree with a few people here.... Legally, yes you can, you're both adults, however, I don't see what a 21 year old young female would want with a man who's 50+ years older than her...although to each their own... I mean, Look at Anna Nicole and her hubby...there was a big difference there in age too.
As it was said already, generally if you can do a flight of stairs and not be really out of breath, you are fine to have sex with somebody, however, I can see that going over badly in so many ways with so many people. Think about her family... how are they going to react when she brings home her boyfriend who is older than her parents?? I can't see that going over well. And your family?? If you have kids already, I can't see them being okay with you dating and having sex with somebody, likely, younger than them.
Legally and physically, yes, it's fine, Morally, I dunno about that one. Just be careful and make sure you both think about all the things that could come out of it....and use protection if you do go ahead with it.

The real question is, Are you healthy enough for sexual activity.
If you can climb a flight of stairs then you probably are.
Legally there is no problem.

if you are in good health.but lock up your wallet with cash checks and credit cards and dont over pay! good luck. oh dont forget to use condoms,you never know stds are no fun especially aids!
