I have a intel core duo macbook 60gb 512mb still under the warrentey (because i bought it refurbished from apple) and will i void the warrenty if i put 2 gb of memorey and 160gb hard drive in it???

probably you will, but if you really need the performance boost, just do it...
or wait out on ur warranty to end if not much is left on it

Any time you open the case on a computer, you will Void your warranty regardless if it is a purchased warranty, refurbished computer, or brand new.

You would have to send it away to get it upgraded, and even then they may not want to use the parts you request.

most likely no... most manufacturers allow you to upgrade the product without voiding the warranty... BUT, I would call Apple and ask them just to make sure...

yes it will if u send it to them 2 get fixed and it has components different that when u bought it.
