Thank you to all of you who answered my question about the boob issue. The thing is only 16, and her boobs aren't that oversized. She's weighs less than 125 and has the normal teenage height. Or maybe just a little bit shorter. I don't think boob reduction would be a good idea. She just hates the comments people make, people starring at her boobs and she'd liked them to be less noticeable.
She's been on a diet for more than a month and she hasn't seen results. So once again if you have tips share them with me.
Thank you.

If she is a D cup at age 16 then her breasts are a little large for her age, and she may grow into her 20's.

Right now she can try a minimizer or good sports bra. IF they help. I can tell you from MY experience with naturally large breasts they did not help at all.

If she has back pain and other health issues a reduction will greatly help with the back pain.

If she is losing weight and not losing in the breasts that means that she has more dense breast tissue instead of fatty tissue (the fatty tissue is what goes when losing weight). That is the way I was, and had to get a breast reduction to get rid of the back pain.

One way of reducing breast size is through exercise. If she can exercise the pectoral muscles this helps reduce the fatty tissue that is found in the breasts. She can try by doing either by doing push ups or butterflies at a fitness center. My sister had a few extra pounds on herself and big chest. She started working out and she lost some of that chest. Like we have always been told. Diet and exercise helps reduce fat on the body.

Has she tried a minimizer bra? They're supposed to make your breasts look smaller. A few of my friends have D cup breasts, and wear the minimizer, and it really does make a difference.

I think she can make them less conspicuous by dressing intelligently. If it is difficult, she may go for surgery. Good luck!

I think she should be proud of what she has and think about doing what she wants to do, make her understand that she has to love herself no matter what.
