Hi, i know what to do. First, you willl need to call yourself. It will probably go straight to YOUR voicemail and tell you how to set it up. It will go by in steps. Or you may have to look in the manual, look up voicemail. If none of this works, try having someone call you, and do not pick up the phone at all. When you go to listen to it, delete it. You delete it by pressing 7. Then, when the person has options, before or AFTER, you will select what to do.

I have one but my service may be different. I dial *86 to access my voice mail. It then asks me to enter a password, then I have the option to record a message.
