Yes it's normal to have discharge but it isn't pleasant is it? Try panty liners they're great and very discreet, cotton knicks are a good idea too as you stay cooler with them. Don't use those feminine deodorants especially for your women's bits as these can give you irritation and makes it worse. You do need to keep an eye on your discharge though, as if it's maybe a funny colour to the usual white or it is very thick or very smelly it might be an yeast infection, Thrush being the most common. You can also get a certain amount of irritation with this and you need to treat it with something like Canesten ointment or pessaries for instance you can get these off the Doctor or over the counter. If you don't have any symptoms it's probably just normal discharge that all us women have to contend with, don't worry about it we all get it at some time!

Hi Lovely,
It's nothing to worry about at all it is so normal, sometimes you will have it more than other times and it' all to do with your hormones! Really really nothing to stress over - it's a bit annoying but you get used to it - well you have to as there's not a lot you can do about it :) You don't need any help with thi and you do not necessarily have a yeast infection like lots of people have said, if you did you would be itching down there too.
No more worrying Lovely :) xx

It's completely normal. If you're uncomfortable with it, use a panty liner. [They're basically a very very thin small pad].
The discharge is how your vagina keeps clean and happy.
While you're ovulating, and during the month, your discharge will change from thicker/stringy, to clear and watery. It's all normal, unless it changes color, like yellow, green, or is similar to cottage cheese, or it has a bad or fishy odor to it. Then you need to see either your doctor or gyn.

A smelly discharge is not normal, You should make an appt with the GYN. and they can tell you what is wrong. Are you sexually active? On the pill? Using condoms? Does the discharge burn? Make an appointment with your doctor.
