I am talking about premarital sex. Since the bible said you cannot have sex till marriage. Would taht make people relate to gays more and began to respect them more. But there is problem with the bible saying marriage is between man and woman. That what gets me confused what do you think.

You are arguing both sides of the same issue.
You recognize that state-sponsored discrimination exists, and that LGBT people cannot get legally married, despite the US Constitution that says ALL citizens should have the same rights.
Then you turn around and say since we can't get married, we don't deserve respect.

You can't have it both ways.
Of course we should have marriage equality. Only then can this point be debated - until then it is completely moot.

EVERYONE deserves to be respected, no matter what their orientation, eye color, or handedness, all traits that are inborn and do not change, nor are they a "choice."

We have no choice but to have sex outside of marriage, don't you see? Either that, or deny the gift of sexuality that God gives to all of us.
I, for one, am not one who will disparage God's gifts or any of his children just for being exactly as God made them.

And in the Bible it gives stories of places where same sex stuff was commonly accepted, in that community. When Lot got the visit of the two angels, the men of the city wanted Lot to send out the two visitors (Genesis 19). Lot offered his daughters instead, as the homosexual sin was worse in his perspective, but they weren't accepted. Still, that was considered normal in that city.

Then too, there was a story in Israel's history (Judges 19), and there the crowd wanting to "know" the visiting man, settled for his woman instead. She died and it became an event where the rest of the nation fought and almost destroyed the tribe of Benjamin. In that little town, homosexuality was normal.

You are asking the wrong crowd, for most homosexuals are not feeling bound to the Bible's norms and mores, and those that do conveniently pick and choose the parts they like. But then we all tend to have such moments on various issues.
