I rented one last weekend from my local hardware store. It cost me $60 for 24 hours and I think that was a little high. They were close, and I was short on time...
I suggest calling Home Depot. Not all HD's have a rental department though, so call first. You can also get any cleaning products you need to go with it.

home depot watch how much pressure you use to much and you can damage the wood try it on some scrap wood first
