I am addicted to chapstick or lip balm. I found that Neutrogena has a line of tinted lip balms out, and absolutely LOVE them. All very neutral in color, so you have a little color, yet you don't look all made-up.

I do use chapstick for dry lips but also use a brand called Carmex which is better for coldsores and dryness

practically 24 hours a day because my lips are dry. Even when i wake up in the middle of the night, i put it on.

i have to, when i was young i never wore it and i ended up with a red line all around my mouth from licking my lips when they were dry, so i wear it ALL the time

yes...because my lips are chapped, duh!!
after a while of constantly putting it on ull see a difference. of smoother lips
