Normally there is a 3 day right of recission, since you closed three days ago this may have passed. If you have any problems definitely contact either: your realtor, loan officer, or the seller of the home. So that way they are in the loop and aren't at a huge surprise if you back out of the loan, or at least can help with any questions you may have.

In NO state can you get out of a real estate deal after it is closed. Real estate transactions are not affected by the 'three day recission right'. You closed and signed the documents. The house is now yours.

You can't get out of the deal even 3 minutes later, let alone 3 days. One of the reasons that escrow takes over a week is to give you time after you signed the purchase contract to get out without loosing your shirt.

If you closed on the house then you have purchased it. In many states you have a three day right to rescind, but that is BEFORE you close. Why would you close on a property then decide you did not want it?

Normally on purchases, there is no three day right of recission. This usually only occurs on refi's.
