I have a Dell Dimension 2400. Is there anyway for me to make the graphics card better? My friend told me that integrated graphics use memory from my comps RAM. Could I increase the amount of memory the graphics uses from the RAM? Are there any graphics cards out there that would work with my comp?

Yea integrated graphics really suck. Like really bad. If you want to play games, you need a independent video card. Unfortunately, its not easy to upgrade laptops. If you want a better video card, you are going to have to get a new laptop.

u can only get a pci video card, which is not great and will not play next-gen games, but its much better than integrated graphics. here is a list of pci video cards, u cannot get any other cards on this site, they will not work.
