Yes sometime with the benefit that I get in the future. for example when i did my engineering I slept only 4 hours a day and this continued for almost 10 days. I was so hard on my self to work hard to yield good results and eventually it showed up, so as long as you are clear in ur path, being hard on urself works out. The same thing when player practice out of their skins b4 any match to produce results.

2 hard...I expect too much of myself and when I get depressed I tend to be self destructive. I wish I could change that about myself...
