You didn't mention where you live, or what the problem with Boston is. Are you thinking about moving here and that's the question? Otherwise, you may be in the wrong section of Answers, if you're looking for advice on a long distance relationship. If you are thinking of moving here, why not just come visit first.

With the new age of technology, it should help close the gap between you in distance. There's always calling eachother, emailing, text messaging...web cams so you can talk on the computer, chat online or send good old letters by mail.
If you love and trust your guy then the only problem should be keeping in touch and that relationship spark alive, which those options should help with. Good luck!

Long distance relationships never work, someone always gets their heartbroken. If it's just for a short while, you may last. However if it's more than 6 months, forget it. One of the two of you will be finding someone else to keep them happy at night. Sorry but that is just how it works.
