WWII US naval pilot's ghost. Only cause I made the thing. My favorite as a kid would have been a jack-o-lantern costume, but the question was for trick-or-treating and I only got to wear it to a Halloween party.
Since stopping trick-or-treaing, I've dressed up in order to greet trick-or-treaters and my favorites have been as a vampire and a skeleton creature. Both cause of having scared some of the older kids.

Well, I'm embarrassed to say, but when I was in my twenties, I went as Britney Spears in the "Baby, One More Time" schoolgirl outfit. I got a lot of attention with that one.
My mom says that her favorite costume of mine was when I was just over two- she put me in a bathrobe, rollers in my hair and tied a scarf around it, then cold creamed my face and gave me the broom to carry. Instant housewife!

A super awesome Phantom of the Opera costume, that won me a trophy, or possibly the evil blacked robed phantom who sets off fireworks to notify the people that "It has arrived!" Really, I did.

i was 7 i wore a godzilla costume my cousin made by hand i wish i still had that but i lost it when i was 21 when i was living with my son's father it was a bad fallin out and he burned it badly

It was a scarecrow. I was 6 years old. Nobody made fun of my wheelchair. This is because the costume was so good.
