Sandstorm....My husband and I both ride. I cannot imagine him on the back of my bike. I ride with him if it is better for the trip. As far as "hang on to him." Don't know about other States but the Motorcycle Drivers license manual here states that the passenger should have their hands on the operator of the bike. I guess it is more of the size issue also as women are smaller and fit better on the back. I saw all the thumbs down. That is wrong. It is a personal thing and personally I prefer, if we are doubling, that I ride on the back even if it is my bike. Just my opinion. I have ridden alot (over 30 yrs) and I can honestly say I have never seen a woman on front man on back. What a really cool question, I personally never thought about it until you asked. Alda

What if the male does not have a license to ride a motorcycle and the woman does, you want him to break the law for some sort of macho ego trip?

I ride...but I also ride bit_h,when asked to.Very few guys will ride bit-ch and I don't blame them at all.And as I 'm an experienced rider,I don't need to really hang on to the guy much.I do however like a King -Queen seat. And I do like the question so a star for you partner.Ride on !Ride cool !
PS.....Tank has it right ...and Darkgoth makes a good point!

I do agree if the 2 are riding together he should drive, however, I don;t beleive she should be hanging on to him! It;s a whole lot cooler the be sitting behind him, comfortable in your seat with out holding on. If she wants to drive, get her own bike-then she'll really be HOT!

I never ride as a passenger. I either drive or have a separate bike. I rode for years, and I'm an excellent driver. Besides, being a passenger sucks on a bike.

I think the one with the drivers license should drive.
If that be the woman, fine.

If that be the man, fine too.

But, for the guys making a fuss.. it does offer some nice options sitting behind the lady driver :D

No I think your idea does not make sense in the modern world. And in bed the woman should always be on the bottom too if your logic goes into the bedroom.

#1 It would look kinda funny if it were the other way around. lol
#2 The man is stronger and usually weighs more.

I would say that who ever is the better rider should be the one "driving" the motorcycle.

I know of several factors that can disprove this theory of yours:
1. What if the male does not know how to drive a motorcycle?
2. Since males are usually bigger, they should go in the back. This will allow the woman to see where she is going.
