From a blokes point of view, girls with curves are great.
Why not try some of those dresses with big prints on. They look very flattering. I've seen girls in Nottingham wearing them over jeans or with boots. Very sexy.

At a 14-16, you're blessed with curves and femininty but are by no measure compelled to hide away in black clothes!
Wearing white isn't as bad as some people might suggest - in fact, mixing and matching may be the best way to go. For example, if there are particular area's you want to hide and others you want to empasize, wear black AND white - monochrome is eternally in style, anyway, so long as it's not overdone.
Also, don't be afraid to look to other colours - your display pic shows you have blonde hair, which puts you in a very fortunate position. Unlike people with auburn hair (an some shades of brown, or unnatural colors) your choices as to clothes are not limited by fear of clashing. If you don't like wearing all-color outfits, then go for accessories. For example, add a splash of color to an outfit with a bag, jewellery (chunky bracelets are great for this), a top layered under your main-colour overshirt or shoes.
If you've got a lot of black and white clothes, or have seen a lot you like, then I really cannot stress enough to load up on brown accessories. A lot of people don't like the idea of using brown accessories, but it's a neutral color that can be worn with white OR black - chunky wooden bracelets never go out of style, a brown belt is a great way to draw attention so other small brown accents like shoes, and an oversized brown leather handbag is the key look of the season.

I'm the same size as you and white is a NO NO NO!
It makes us look enormous, no matter how well fitted it is.
I don't see why black is the only other alternative though.
There are some fabulous bold prints around and empire line tops which look great on anyone, but at the end of the day, it's the cut and confidence of the wearer that dictate how good someone looks.
If you love it, wear it and strut it. You'll look gorgeous, I promise.

Clothes that fit are always more flattering. Don't wear black because you are 'supposed to'.
Buy clothes you like, in colors you like, that fit well.
Do you look good in COOL colors - white, pink, cherry red. coral, lemon, mint, jade, or hunter green, baby royal, or navy blue, lavender, eggplant, gray, black, silver jewelry? or
WARM - ivory, tomato red, peach, orange, rust, golden yellow, lime, kelly, olive, aqua, turquoise, teal, bright purple,
caramel. chocolate, gold jewelry?

Black clothes actually look really nice on almost every one! A beret would put more attention on your head than on curves(if that is how you want it) Leggings and really long shirts are nice too. Prints too.
