I am a small girl, but not too small... And no I am not anorexic. I can't figure out why I have these tiny hairs all over my body. They are very thin and fine, and they are blond so I am not sure how noticeable they are to other people... But still, I am getting a little self conscious about it. How should I remove the hair? i don't want to shave because I don't want it to grow in worse. What can I do? Also, is this normal or a symptom of something bigger??

The reason you have fine hair all over your body is that you are a mammal, a perfectly normal mammal... Everybody has fine hairs all over their bodies with the exceptions of on the palms of your hands and the soles of your feet. You're lucky that they're thin, fine, and blond. Don't even try to shave them. You'll be asking for trouble. When you get a little older (I get the impression that you're pubescent or pre-pubescent) you can do something about the ones that are too noticeable...

We are mammals. Mammals have hair. It's totally normal. Everyone has hair all over their body (most notably on the arms, underarms, pubic region, and legs for women). Many women also have fine hair on their abdominal region. I woudl not worry abuot it at all.

If you are middle school aged, then talk to your mom to find out what she does. If you are younger, don't worry about them yet. You have the rest of your life to bother with it. It quickly becomes a pain in the butt to mess with. This is why I wear pants all the time. I just don't have time for it!

It sounds very time ingesting and there is not any longer something incorrect with hair on adult males, (till it quite is extremely gorrilla-like!) yet then it is your physique and its as much as you. there is not any longer something incorrect with it yet then it quite is amazingly unusual. perhaps attempt to love and settle for your self and you hair as you're and perhaps purely wax some factors fairly of the coolest purchase?

This hair is called lanugo.

And its there because you have low fat content... so even though you're not anorexic, you could have low body fat.

The body makes this hair to insulate itself. It holds the heat close to the body so you don't waste energy trying to re-heat the body as the heat is lost to the ambient air.

I don't know the treatment for it. Perhaps gaining weight? Head to the doctor.
