Foreplay, lubrication, and communication are going to help you more than anything. Find out what makes her hot, and drive her crazy before you enter.
Personally I don't like KY because it contains glycerin and that gives me yeast infections. There are other lubes out there that don't contain glycerin. Look for them, unless you want to abstain while your girlfriend combats the yeast.
I think the great joy of sex is finding ways to change things around so that both people enjoy it equally. Stopping and doing it differently are all part of the fun. Enjoy it.

Using a lubricant like KY warming gel should ease alot of the discomfort and make sex more enjoyable for the both of you. Stimulating the vaginal opening for a few minutes before penetration is also helpful. You need to let her take the lead and find out what she's comfortable with. Give it time. Soon she'll be begging you NOT to stop. Have fun!!

I think you need more foreplay and some K-Y lubricant. If you use more foreplay with her it will help strench her and make her more wet. If she uses more foreplay on you, maybe you will not last as long. Let her on top so that she is in control of how much of you she is getting until your bodies are use to each other. Some things just take time to adjust, once your bodies are use to each other it will be great. It took my husband and I a month or so to get use to each other, 24 years later, trust me we have no problems.
Best of Luck!!

K-Y lubricating jelly. Use lots of it. It helps tremendously. If it starts hurting, pull out and apply more KY.
You only need to last long enough to for her to orgasm. Get some quality "better sex" books to tell you about the clitoris and I think you'll be on your way.
I can't believe I just helped an unmarried couple have better sex. I did not say this, instead I said, GET MARRIED.

Lube and different positions tend to work a little better. Also try telling her the things that arose u. She may be able to get you going faster which may make it more comortable for her.

Try lots of lube, her being on top so she can control depth and speed, more foreplay, take things slow, if this doesn't work you always have oral

Don't worry, she will get used to it and learn to love it.
In the meantime, let her go on top. That way she is in control of how deep you go. Also, engage in more foreplay before sex.
