4-hours: One 10/15 minute break
6-hours Two 10/15 minute breaks
8-hours Two 10/15 minute breaks and 30 minutes for lunch

do I have to give a 10 minute break in between a 4 hour time
example: start work at 7, 1 hour lunch at 11 and off at 4?

One 15 minute break for every four hours
One 1/2 hour lunch break after 6 hours

i work for myself and i have to eat when i can while im working, must be nice to work at a big company and get all those breaks and vacations
