Circumventing Internet access control systems with web proxies to access unauthorized web sites is a violation of school computer usage policy. You can get suspended and/or banned from using school computers when you get caught. Use school computers for school work, and myspace can wait until you get home. Do you really want your teachers and school administrators knowing what you are posting on myspace anyway?

im guessing your school has a webfilter like websense. to ge around web filters, find a proxy site that it doesn't block. proxies are websites that let you browse the internet with no information going out to any sources, so you are on their site the whole time. you just punch in the url and go. google it or try proxy.org for a list of proxies. in no time you'll have one that your school doesn't know about or block.

hha. no you dont.
you can wait till you are at home to be on myspace.
my tax money paid for your computers and you are wasting my money on sites that are rightly blocked by your school. for the very reason you are here now. NOT paying attention in class.
get an education
leave the internet social thing for at home.

Make friends with a computer geek and have him/her set up an SSH proxy for you. They'll explain to you how to use it, but it reroutes the Internet to another computer and uses ITS Internet, hence unblocking whatever websites you want.

http://www.intellinkual.com and http://prxy.programming-designs.com are great proxies for accessing sites that are otherwise blocked. Give them a try (they are new).
