so, my ex is sabotaging selling the family home ?

i have organised a smaller payment plan with the mortgage company but she has sabotaged this and wants the full payment "so we can have a mortgage holiday in 9 months" !
mmmm...interesting,
she wont even discuss reducing the price of the house.
she works the same hours as me and earns the same,

what the hell can i do to get the house sold?

already sent a solicitors letter, uk question
