Do you think the amount of time some people spend on?

Question

YA is a bit excessive? How often do you come here?
Is it just for something to do, or, like for some people, all you have to do?

I got over 800 hundred points last week, and was still only UK's 58th highest point scorer for last week. I spent many more hours on YA than I would like to count, but I have been off work with a poorly knee. So I have been very thankful for something to do without having to move around. I know I could watch TV or read a book, but this way I have felt some use and communicating with others (I live by myself). Three cheers for YA is what I say.
Actually this has been more fun than my job, wonder if the government will pay me to do this?

I think YA is addictive and think some people live for it!! lol

I come on here a couple of times a day - mainly in the evening for a few hours as well as looking at other things like emails, Yahoo 360 page etc....

Only really just getting the hang of things still no idea how to use contacts or things!!

I know the amount of time I spend on here is excessive but I can't work due to a bad accident I had years ago, everyone I know works during the day, I tried talking to the walls but they don't listen and neither does my dog, this brightens up my day and gives me a good old laugh and its better than feeling sorry for myself isn't it.

I,m often up to 2,3,and 4o,clock in the morning on yahoo and thats with me only getting in from work after 10pm and having to be at work in the morning at 8.don,t know what the attraction is and I,m surprised that so many people with big personalities in yahoo spend so much time on it.I,m more the quiet bookish type.

I come every day. I do probably spend an excessive amount of time, but, it is better than sitting in front of the TV, at least I might learn something and improve my typing.

I am on it a lot. Keeps me in touch with people as I am going through a really bad time at the moment suffering with PTSD and grief. It's a way of trying to keep my mind off flashbacks, although sometimes not even YA works.

Yes- I am spending way to much time on here! But then my boyfriend is working away at the moment so I am sure I will be on here less when he comes back to visit next week!

Its very addictive so I try to discipline myself. Trouble is it doesnt always work - I keep telling myself just another half hour and before I know it another hours slipped by!! I was going for a shower an hour ago!! Tut! tut! This wont do!!!

I spend a lot of time here depending on the day...I have others things to do..but always when I come home,I directly sign in ;)

Once a week. 'Cuz my computer is SUPER slow, so I answer questions at the library every Monday, like today. Unless I got a best answer, then I go on for a second to see what I got it on.
