Sorry I asked twice I just need to reword this;

He goes out every other weekend with his buddies, doesn't come home till dawn. I never ask him what he does. I'm telling him everything up front. Its a girls weekend out no men are coming with us.(he knows some of my friends husbands)..he is free to go out whenever he wants. I plan to leave Friday night and come back Sunday morning. So its a quick trip. Could it be his own consience? I don't know .... What should I do..Why are men so insecure?

Alright! Things have changed! And so will my answer!
Just go and answer your cell phone when he calls. If he calls all night like some husbands do then just stop answering. But be careful and dont do anything dumb while drunk. If he goes out then so should you. Its not fair that you cannot go out but he can. Have fun! Let us know how it goes!

You may have hit it right on the head...He goes out and he knows what goes on when he is out with the guys and has no desire to let you do the same things. Not all men are so insecure.

Tell him that if he will not let you go with the girls, he is no longer able to do the guy thing and that can start this week or next week when he would normally go. You can use the same reasons for him not going as he is for you. Don't le him make you accept a double standard.

Why is your husband going out all the time. Why is he not home with you? Book your trip, kiss him on your way out the door, and tell him you'll be back. I say you come home Sunday night, and make it a weekend. Do you have children that he is not helping you raise, since he's always gone. I believe in guy time, but everything has limits.

Tell him what's good for the goose is good for the gander. If he has the freedom of going out, then you should to. Not unless he is doing something he shouldn't and has a guilty conscience. Ask him why, and tell him you want an explanation. You deserve it. If not, tell him you will be going out with him next time he and his buddies have a night out, since you aren't allowed with the girls.

It could be it's for the weekend and not just for the night. Ask him why he is objecting to your trip with the girls to Las Vegas. Is it money? The idea you will be out of town (or even state)? The length of the "girls night out"? Listen to his concerns and address them one by one.

Well you know the saying, what happends in Vegas stays in Vegas...Sounds like he's either a little controling or unsure of himself! If he goes out all the time and you don't ask then he shouldn't be so controlling about you doing this! That's my opinion!

Marriage rights should be fifty-fifty. If you're husband goes out, you should do the same. You are a grown woman and he does not own you!
BTW, what is he doing staying out til dawn? Start questioning him.....

Take a stand and tell him you are going out, remember what happens in Vegas stays in Vegas. Stand up to him.

It is his conscience... he feels guilty and he is afraid of what you would do if you go.... You need to go, he does as he pleases and it is not going to do any harm for you to have a weekend with your girlfriends! Have fun!

It is not "men" who are insecure... It is your husband specifically. Why you married this person is anyone's guess.
