if you work in a topless upscale"gown" club as an exotic dancer, and you are asked to do a VIP dance, does your t-bar come off at any point or does it stay on at all times? also, if the facility has a no-contact policy, how do you give a lapdance? and the private rooms that such "gown" clubs have, what goes on in there? thanks

It can come off, yes, for a price; the no-contact policy means the patron, you in this case, cannot touch the woman. Private rooms are for lap dances and music and other individualistic things, but they are monitored pretty severely, so no, there's no prostitution going on, not on premises. That's a sure bet to close the place down.
