When my tool box hits the ground, it's $200.00 and I'm usually backed up. If you can get it for $100.00 that's fine but, remember, you get what you pay for, you buy cheap, you get cheap.
I can say I've hardly went to a job without something being wrong and, it takes hours to rehang an old door that should take a couple of hours. These existing frame jobs can be done by the owner but usually aren't due to problems or, they've screwed them up so bad, they need you, and, to fix their screw-ups.

It takes me about an hour to fully machine a door in the workshop. On site I'm thinking $100 would be fair.
For $200 I would expect a personal appearance by Norm Abrams.

I don't know what any body else charges but I charge $80 hope that help thats just for labor
